Why PILATES 101?

Your Pilates 101 session is the "place" where, together, we discuss your individual needs and goals, strengths and weaknesses. We will go over basic anatomy as it applies to Pilates to give you a better understanding and therefore greater opportunity to achieve your goals. Pilates 101 is where you will become excited about the possibilities that await you towards better health and wellbeing!
